Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

The berries themselves are a rich source of antioxidants and provide a boost of energy to help kick-start your day. Acai packs are available at a variety of grocery stores and can also be purchased online.

SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 frozen unsweetened acai pack (such as Sambazon)
  • 1/2 frozen banana1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.)
  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened almond milk

TOPPINGS:

  • 1 tablespoon granola
  • 1/2 sliced peeled kiwifruit
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend smoothie.
  3. Pour into bowl and add your favorite toppings!
